Our Chef is a magician, with both feet on the ground. So the dishes he devises for our menu are full of respect for the regional products which he stages skillfully, making food composed and really good – just like the countryside surrounding you on our Lake Terrace.His creations are superbly savoured within the informal and yet classy environment of our restaurant as well as in the more rustic “Seehofstube”. The foundation of our cuisine is what time and place can deliver in it´s best quality. With this simple device of seasonal-regional cuisine, our Chef manages to hit the hammer on the pleasure-nail!
